Maki Shop in Washington DC

We had our new power shades installed this week and I can't say how great they look! This whole experience has been easy and awesome. Staff were extremely helpful and installation was a breeze. Great product and great price!

Leo is the absolute best. Everyone in the store was helpful and kind but Leo was the associate assigned to my project and he was so helpful and prompt in replying. The Shade Store is a beautiful store and I loved the layout. It was easy to feel and see the products and installation was easy to schedule and do. I waited until I’d gone through the whole process before writing a review. I have to say I’ve been very happy with this experience. To be honest I did find a couple quotes less than the shade store but the ease of going in a convenient location in dc and their customer service was totally worth paying a little more. Highly recommend and I can’t wait to place my second order!

Garbage customer service after you buy the product. My $700 blinds stopped working. Tried to reach out to customer service who would only respond via email. After I explained the problem, they stopped responding to my emails. It’s been 2 months. I’ve tried to used different emails to get a hold of them, but I keep getting the run around. They will never honor their warranty.
